One of the core principles of the Inside Job Podcast is that we believe that all of us should be designing a life and a career on purpose. We think that one of the saddest things in the world is to not be paying attention to ourselves.
As such we believe it’s so important to practice periodic reflection and to conduct check-in meetings with yourself. After all, you’re in the business of you – if you have a commitment to personal growth then you owe it to yourself to evaluate if you’re growing, and if you’re doing it in the way you intended.
