Dr. Nayla Bahri

Nayla Bahri is a coach, educator, and researcher helping humans do their greatest work in the world.  She brings a research-based, heart-led approach to her practice of guiding people towards a better relationship with work, helping them navigate transitions with greater ease and design the life and work they desire. 

Nayla also advises and consults with organizations across industries on matters related to leadership development, talent management, learning, and community. She has conducted original research on thriving after work crises and presents workshops based on her findings to leadership conferences and professional organizations. 

Nayla teaches at the graduate level at Columbia University. Her work has been featured in Forbes, CoveyClub.com, Unleashed, Second Breaks, and on several other podcasts.  

Nayla is a committed reader and home cook, and a recent convert to the gym. She loves to spend time with her friends and family around the dinner table, at home, and in her travels.  She lives in Northern NJ with her husband, two daughters, and an Aussie doodle named Winnie.
